At present, with a difficult economic situation, society is trying to find more highly paid work and, most importantly, with a guarantee of its payment. But focusing on searches, forget about its qualitative performance. That is the main indicator of activity, both for the employee and for the employer. Therefore, the right methods of motivation are very important. Let's consider some of the main and most productive.
The standard methods for most are guaranteed wage and the fear of losing it, as it ensures the existence of a person. Career growth is important for everyone. Because, if the employee works for several years and it will be fruitless for him, then there will be no incentive to strive for better performance of his duties.

It is also important to respect the head of the employee (and vice versa) and his praise, in the case of a well-executed work. This will give the employee greater self-confidence and inspiration in the further execution of tasks.

Unfortunately, motivation does not always affect оn the quality of work. A person may be interested in additional privileges, try and do everything necessary for this, but in practice not show high results. Undoubtedly, it depends on the person and experience of her work.
In fact, at the moment, it is very important to stimulate labor. Because, the success of the firm and its further "prosperity" depends on from the employees. Skillful motivation is one of the key factors and a guarantee of this success.
