- quickly adapt to new changes, since the area of programming is constantly evolving;
- to be patient, responsible and purposeful.

The first option – after school, go to College or University. If You've already got another profession, you can always go for various courses in programming, which are in every city. The advantage of courses is that the profession can be learned in minimum time – if you have the ability and importantly the desire, and for half a year. You can pre-view the video lessons, which are a lot off too. The books also contain a lot of information that will be useful in the future.
When you will have a certain baggage of knowledge, you can try to look for projects of low complexity. This will help you to gain new skills and gain experience.
A significant advantage for the programmer is the knowledge of the English language. After all, there are quite a lot of foreign customers, with whom we have to negotiate. The programming language also use English words. So first you need to have at least minimal knowledge in this area to better and faster to navigate in the future.
For learning the language you can use English textbook. At first it be hard , because you will meet many new and unknown words which could not previously hear. But with every day of reading the literature , you will be easier to perceive information.
If you are planning to get a job officially, and not to be a freelancer, the last step will be the writing of a resume. No need to specify extra information. It should be clearly and constructively. You must to write everything in stages, starting with the institution, where you studied, and will finished experience, if you have any. If you passed courses in programming – be sure to include it – this will give you the advantage. Go to the interview. No need to be afraid and to worry, it will not benefit you. And remember – always need to start from something, no matter how difficult it will be at first. Don't miss your chance, use the opportunity, because it may be a step forward.
