The peculiarity work of the Sales Manager of IT-services

   Sales manager is the one, who is responsible for the management team and directs sales team in organizations. It sets targets and sales quotas, builds their plan, analyze data, is looking for clients for the company. Also, sales manager performs a number of the following:

  • Control of regional and local sales managers and their employees;
  • Decision of clients complaints regarding sales and service;
  • Preparation of budgets and approval of budget expenditures;
  • Control of clients preferences for determine focus of sales efforts;
  • Analysis of sales statistics;
  • Sales of  projects and determination of the profitability of products and services
  • Determination of discounts or special rates.

  In each profession there are advantages and disadvantages. Thus, the advantages in this work are:

  • Satisfaction from the work (successful transaction).

If the choice is already made, should continue to pursue higher education. This may be a faculty of economics, business, marketing or management.    
 So, having in itself all the above listed qualities and skills, after graduation of a higher education institution, you can easily become a great specialist in large and promising future. The main thing - do not get upset at the first failure! It should be remembered that experience comes with age!
